Web Payment & Refund Policy

This Policy sets forth the standards governing payments, refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights between users and Underpin, Inc. (the “Company”) in connection with payment services provided through the KLATOO website and web-based services.

Article 1 (Purpose)

This Policy aims to clearly define the conditions and refund standards applicable to paid transactions, including the purchase of Gem, conducted through KLATOO’s web-based services.

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

This Policy applies to payments made through payment methods directly provided by the Company on the KLATOO website or other web-based services operated by the Company.

Article 3 (Payment Methods)

1. Payments through web-based services are processed using payment systems provided by the Company. 2. The types of payment methods, payment procedures, and payment limits may be determined in accordance with the Company’s policies.

Article 4 (Purchase and Use of Gem)

1. Gem purchased through web-based payment methods is a consumable digital point used within the Service to purchase digital content, including KUBIC. 2. Gem is credited to the user’s account immediately upon successful purchase and is deemed available for use upon completion of such crediting. 3. Gem is a service-use point and may not be refunded for cash, nor directly exchanged, converted, or used as a payment method. 4. However, settlement amounts arising from the results of service-related transactions, such as the transfer of KUBIC, may be paid through separate settlement methods in accordance with the Company’s policies.

Article 5 (Refunds and Cancellations)

1. Refunds may be considered only in cases where the purchased Gem has not been used at all. 2. If any portion of the Gem has been used, such Gem shall be deemed consumed digital content and shall be excluded from refund eligibility. 3. Refund requests must be submitted in accordance with procedures established by the Company, and approval of refunds shall be determined in accordance with this Policy.

Article 6 (Limitation of Withdrawal Rights)

1. Due to the nature of digital content, withdrawal rights may be restricted once Gem has been credited or usage has commenced. 2. By proceeding with a web-based payment, users are deemed to have agreed to such limitations on withdrawal rights.

Article 7 (Policy Amendments)

The Company may amend this Policy to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, and will provide prior notice of such changes.

Supplementary Provisions

This Policy shall take effect on the date announced by the Company.
